  • 4 instant broth cubes (for 1 liter/4 cups broth)
  • 1 can (400g/14 oz) meatballs or 200g (7 oz) pre-cooked protein
  • 3 cloves garlic (or 1 tsp pre-chopped)
  • 12 fresh chilies (or 1 tsp chili flakes)
  • 1 handful fresh herbs (or 1 tbsp dried herbs)
  • 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian)
  • 1 pre-mixed spice pack (or 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika)

Instructions

1. Heat the Broth: Boil water in a pot and dissolve instant broth cubes.
