- 1–2 fresh chilies (or 1 tsp chili flakes)
- 1 handful fresh herbs (or 1 tbsp dried herbs)
- 2 tbsp dark soy sauce
- 1 tbsp fish sauce (or soy sauce for vegetarian)
- 1 pre-mixed spice pack (or 1 tsp sugar, 1 tsp pepper, 1 tsp paprika)
Instructions
1. Heat the Broth: Boil water in a pot and dissolve instant broth cubes.
2. Add Protein: Cook fresh meat or add canned meatballs to the broth.
3. Season: Stir in dark soy sauce, fish sauce, and spice packs.
4. Cook Noodles: Add rice noodles and simmer until tender.
5. Finish with Freshness: Toss in garlic, chili, and herbs.
